You can place an order through our website by clicking the “Order Post” button. We’ll need the property address, desired install date, any special instructions, and the sign or panel if we’re picking it up.

Most installations are completed within 1-2 business days after Miss Utility marks utility lines.

Yes. Safety is a top priority. We contact Miss Utility (811) to have underground utility lines marked before any post is installed. This process is required by law and helps prevent damage to buried lines like gas, water, and electric. Please note this can take 2–3 business days, so it's important to place your order in advance.

Nope! As long as we have access to the front yard and clear instructions, you don’t need to be there.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a photo of the installed post as soon as the job is complete. This way, you’ll know it’s in place and ready to go.

Yes! We offer sign storage and will bring your panel with us to the install. Just let us know if you're dropping off your panel or need us to pick it up.

If your post is leaning, damaged, or the panel falls, contact us and we’ll take care of it promptly—often at no cost if it’s due to weather or installation.

Yes. Once your listing is sold or no longer active, just place a removal order and we’ll pick up the post within 2-3 business days.
